Newark came to Raider Nation tonight only to be sent home with nothing. Behind the stingy Raider defense lead by defensive lineman Keyshaun Slaughter and Jeremiah Crawford which opened up the flood gates on turnovers which lead to pick 6’s by Savian Torrence and Bill Popich. 18 points put up by defense left the offense to make up the rest of the difference in the 62-0 dismantling of the Wildcats.
Dijon Jennings lead the offense with who knows how many all purpose yards, while receiver Brandon Weatherspoon handled the bulk of the receiving yards.
Lancaster Sherman rolls into town next week as Raiders are happy but not yet satisfied and look to get better each week.
